Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be booked online or by enquiry and are secured with full payment at the time of booking. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full, as this time has been specifically reserved for you and is often difficult to refill at short notice. Wherever possible, I will always try to accommodate unexpected circumstances with understanding and flexibility. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to respect the following appointment time. Treatment plans and prepaid sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please get in touch before attending your appointment. All treatments are tailored to your individual needs and wellbeing on the day. In some cases, treatment may need to be adapted or postponed where appropriate. Thank you for respecting the time, care and preparation that goes into each session.
